Immediately buy a fine art print (site in Dutch).
This blog is live since 2009, I have been photographing since 2005. And even before, when Kodak was still going strong and film was affordable, I shot using ‘analog’ camera’s while I was working at a photography store. This was the nineties of the previous century. I have entered some competitions, even won some prizes (never first place though, always second or third!).
Most of my later photographs are available as fine art prints. A small number can be bought directly on my commercial site (in Dutch): nonstockphoto.com.
But there is much more, some of which has been published on this blog previously. I mean: if you come across a photograph you really like, just contact me for a quote. All photographs will be printed in the highest possible quality on Hahnemühle paper using a colour-balanced flow (and scale-balanced, for black and white). Some interesting candidates:
- Flowers
- Nightlife (landscapes in day for night technique)
- Secret garden (black and white)
- White plastic
- Black and white landscapes Naarden Vesting
- Black and white scar
- Childhood images
- End of summer
- Destroying consumer society
- &c.
Coherent series and / or popular images will be added to Nonstockphoto for easier access, time permitting.
Fine art series
Currently the following series are live on Nonstockphoto:

U – short for ‘Universe’. Carefully constructed mountain landscapes combined with public domain images of our universe, from NASA. These are limited series and some are quite large. So not cheap. The underlying question is ‘What is real?’ Obviously reflected in the use of NASA images, which are hyper real but heavily doctored because originally invisible light is recorded (outside the spectrum of our eyes), and the mountains, which seem more real in the photo, but are constructed from multiple images.

‘Flow’ for flower. Beauty in decay. Unlimited prints 30 x 40 cm each.

2X – double exposures. These photographs are literally what the title says. Published a blog post about double exposures some time ago.

‘O’ for object. A series of simple single objects in their environment. Some are editions of 5 + 2 AP (like the one above), but there are also unlimited prints (not online yet).
Support
By buying from me directly you support the life of an artist who, in turn, also buys art (mainly paintings by unknown artists) and donates to causes that alleviate poverty and hunger.
Thank you.
