My father had a valid point today, while we were at the Alfred Stevens exhibition in the Van Gogh museum and later at Burtynsky in Huis Marseille: showing your work is an attempt to establish a dialogue, even though you do not show your work to please the audience perse. I know this dialogue does not have to confine itself to the comment box under my blog (in my case), nor does it have to depend on it, but I welcome all thoughts and critiques.

Photos are from a shoot I did for a local Chinese restaurant called Lan Tin, in Naarden. The excellent cook prepared some meals that I shot for their website and print media. Also some environment photos of the place, which was just renovated.

Lan Tin in Naarden is absolutely worth a visit. When you dine sur place, they have exquisite typical Asian dishes that are out of the ordinary for Asian cuisine in the Netherlands, or more specifically, Chines cuisine in the Netherlands. The cook of Lan Tin has won multiple awards.

A great venue for some dialogue between friends, is Lan Tin.
