The last couple of weeks have been quite busy, not in the least because I wanted to finish some projects before starting the Fotoacademie (next tuesday!). Last weekend I had a fantastic shoot involving cooking products, a dead fish and a live chicken. I will show you the photographs as soon as I\u2019m allowed. My Pentax had some hiccups, the stylist said: \u201cWhy don\u2019t you have a Canon?\u201d. I answered \u201csensor size\u201d. But when flashes go off irregularly and the camera suddenly freezes, size clearly is not all that matters. Fortunately I was able to get all the shots and the files from the Pentax are gorgeous, as always. I would like to try a 645Z though, since it is a lot faster (reviewing shots to get the light right was a bit tedious now) and maybe Pentax ironed out some of the problems.<\/p>\n

I also shot the fourth (last) part of the intro video presentation<\/a> for my new (Dutch) website and a new contact-page image for a website I recently finished (the image in this blog). While working on these things it is becoming more clear to me that this is the right track. While shooting or preparing for a shoot I feel different, more focused and even energized. This is also noticed by people around me, who commented that I \u201cperk up\u201d as soon as I start with photography or anything related to my (future) business.<\/p>\n

You can also like my page on Facebook<\/a> to stay informed of other projects and stuff involving this little photographer in the artworld. Both channels are updated only a few times a week or at most twice a day for a short period of time, so you won\u2019t get flooded.<\/p>\n
