(10/22/2005)

During the Annual General Meeting of Air-Britain in Sywell (United Kingdom) the Air-Britain Military Aviation Award 2005 was presented to Bas Stubert.
Air Britain (in full: Air-Britain - The International Association of Aviation Enthusiasts and Historians) awarded this prize to Bas Stubert for the research he did into UN aviation operations during the war in former Yugoslavia in 1992 - 1995. An article he wrote on this subject appeared in the organisations house magazine: A-B Aviation World.
Bas has been dividing his time for several years now between his two greatest passions: photography and aviation.
